No partial pullout, Lebanon tells US

The Lebanese government told US special envoy Philip Habib it opposed any partial withdrawal of Israeli troops unless such a move was part of a total pullout, Lebanese Prime Minister Shafiq Wazzan said. In view of an apparent deadlock in achieving a withdrawal of Israeli, Syrian, and Palestinian forces from Lebanon, Israel has been considering a partial withdrawal.
