Secretary of State George Shultz assured Afghan rebels of US support Sunday for their struggle to oust Soviet troops from their homeland. On the last stop of his four-nation Asia tour, Mr. Shultz spoke at a refugee camp in Pakistan. Mr. Shultz then headed to the Middle East.
