Turkish military approves list of cilivian ministers

Gen. Kenan Evren, Turkish military head of state, Tuesday ratified without modification Prime Minister-designate Turgut Ozal's list of ministers for Turkey's first civilian Cabinet since the 1980 military coup.

Mr. Ozal, leader of the conservative Motherland Party, presented his the list Monday to Evren, who unexpectedly delayed ratification overnight to study the list carefully.
