Terrorist plan to attck US edifice foiled by FBI
FBI agents recently foiled a planned terrorist attack on an unidentified public building which could have killed many people, FBI Director William Webster disclosed Wednesday. He did not give any details.
Webster's comments followed the installation of concrete blocks in front of the State Department and at two entrances to the US Mission to the UN in New York. Similar measures were taken recently at the White House. The blocks are intended to prevent an explosives-laden vehicle from crashing into the buildings.
