Now, you can -- for $45 a pop -- be your very own anchor person on Los Angeles Group W Cable TV. They system is starting an over-the-air used-car marketing program.
Labeled ''The TV Automart,'' it will allow individuals to hawk their cars in a series of announcements that will run four times weekly. Phone numbers on the screen will put prospective buyers directly in touch with the budding tell-you-what-I'm-going-to-do pitch artists.
