THE BOSTON CONCERT OPERA announced that its 12th season would begin Nov. 7 with Beethoven's ``Fidelio,'' an opera not performed in Symphony Hall since 1967.The company will offer ``A Victorian Christmas'' (Dec. 20), as well as two more operas, Lehar's ``The Merry Widow'' (Feb.7) and Verdi's ``Nabucco'' (April 10). Featured singers include Roger Roloff, Herbert Perry, Viviane Thomas (``Fidelio''), Janice Felty, Howard Carr, Alan Baker (``Merry Widow''), and Donnie Ray Albert (``Nabucco''). `DRIVING MISS DAISY,' starring Dana Ivey and Morgan Freeman, is preparing for an extended run in new quarters. The comedy about an Atlanta widow and her black chauffeur will reopen July 14 at the John Houseman Theatre on West 42nd Street in New York.
