FRIDAY Pat Hobby Teamed With Genius (PBS, 9-10 p.m.): Final segment in ``Tales From the Hollywood Hills,'' based on F. Scott Fitzgerald stories. Chillida (PBS, 10-11 p.m.): A film probing the Basque cultural influences on the life and works of sculptor Eduardo Chillida. SATURDAY Smokescreen (PBS, 7-7:30 p.m.): ``Degrassi Junior High'' series dramatizes still another teen concern. Footsteps (Arts & Entertainment/cable, 9-10 p.m.): Fabulous archaeological series, visiting major digs.

SUNDAY Kenny Rogers as `The Gambler' III - The Legend Continues (CBS, 9-11 p.m.; also Tuesday, 9-11 p.m.): Continuing the 1880s adventures of a professional gambler (Rogers) and his sidekick (Bruce Boxleitner) in a quest for fair treatment of the Sioux. The Monk, the Village and the Bo Tree (PBS, 10-10:30 p.m.): Final episode of ``Only One Earth'' delves into the environmental problems of Sri Lanka.

MONDAY Strangers in the Garden (PBS, 8-9 p.m.): Final segment of David Attenborough's four-part series on the natural and cultural history of the Mediterranean Sea area: how the environment is being reclaimed. Lena: My 100 Children (NBC, 9-11 p.m.): Fact-based drama about Jewish woman (played by Linda Lavin), who, after World War II, fled from Poland to Israel with 100 Jewish children. Moving Day (PBS, 10-10:30 p.m.): Candice Bergen stars in a Bernard Slade drama, last of ``Trying Times'' series.

TUESDAY Rolling Stone Magazine's 20 Years of Rock 'n' Roll (ABC, 9-11 p.m.): Dennis Hopper hosts this musical celebration of the sounds and energies of the past two decades, presented by the magazine that recorded it all in its pages.

WEDNESDAY Norman Rockwell: An American Portrait (PBS, 8-9 p.m.): A chronicle of illustrator Rockwell's astounding success over a 60-year period. Buster Keaton: A Hard Act to Follow (PBS, 9-10 p.m.): Final segment, focusing on Keaton's comeback in the 1950s and '60s. Even if you've missed the first two parts, this third part of Brownlow and Gill's superb series is worth watching.

THURSDAY Norman Rockwell's `Breaking Home Ties' (ABC, 9-11 p.m.): This Thanksgiving special - the opening scene, at least - was inspired by the Rockwell painting. An emotional story of a college student's coming of age, starring Jason Robards, Eva Marie Saint, Claire Trevor, and Doug McKeon. Listings are in Eastern time; other zones may vary.
