Q A few months ago there was an offer in your column for a leaflet on garbage can composting. As yet, I have not received it, even though I sent the required stamped envelope. Is it still available?

Unfortunately, a large box of mail redirected to our home address arrived the same day as many letters such as yours. We are processing the mail as speedily as possible, and you should have already received an answer to your request. The bulletin is still available, in exchange for a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
