A SECOND TOUR IS UNDER WAY for an exhibition of American Indian art objects that earlier visited seven museums in the United States. The exhibition, titled ``Objects of Bright Pride: Northwest Coast Indian Art; from the American Museum of Natural History,'' will be on view at the North Carolina Museum of Art, Raleigh, N.C., Nov. 20-Jan. 15. More than 100 objects - masks, headdresses, weapons, and storage chests - will be displayed, giving a glimpse of the culture of six tribes along the Alaska-Washington coast. THE OREGON SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL has announced details of its 1989 season for all three of its stages. The season runs from Feb. 17 to Oct. 29. Opening at the Angus Bowmer Theatre Feb. 24 will be ``Cyrano de Bergerac'' (previews Feb. 17 and 21). On the Elizabethan Stage, ``Much Ado About Nothing'' will open June 16 (previews June 6, 9, and 13). And at the Black Swan, ``Hunting Cockroaches'' opens Feb. 26 (previews Feb. 23 and 24). Eliot Centennial,'' will be presented in Cambridge, Mass., Dec. 5 at Sanders Theatre. Eliot did undergraduate and graduate work at Harvard University. The evening will include readings from his poems and plays, as well as music and a slide presentation. Actress Irene Worth is among the theatrical and literary figures expected to take part.
