SATURDAY Football in Moscow (ABC, 12 noon E.T. to conclusion): Two American teams - from the Universities of Southern California and Illinois - are expected to sell out the 50,000-seat Dynamo Stadium in the first American football game to be played in the USSR. It's covered live and dubbed, inevitably, ``Glasnost Bowl.'' MONDAY Frida Kahlo: Portrait of an Artist (PBS, 10-11 p.m.): Documentary portrait of a an arist who emerged from under the shadow of her husband, Mexican artist Diego Rivera, to be recognized in her own right. TUESDAY Interview With President and Mrs. Bush (PBS, 8-9 p.m.): David Frost talks to the Bushes on a range of subjects at their summer in home in Kennebunkport, Me. P.O.V. (PBS, 10-11 p.m.): ``The Fighting Ministers'': The clergy have often fought for social and economic justice, and this time - during the mid-'80s in the steel towns of Pennsylvania - it took them far from the pulpit and into a harsh conflict with authoritires, as recorded in this edition of the strong documentary series of independent films called ``Point of View.''

WEDNESDAY Days of Rage: The Young Palestinians (PBS, 9-11:30 p.m.): Known also as ``Intifada: The Palestinians and Israel,'' this documentary special takes a long look at the Palestinian uprising in the Israeli-occupied areas of the Gaza Strip (Please see preview coming in this section next Tuesday).
