FOUR IN 10 US WORKERS STAYED PAST FIVE YEARS

Forty-four percent of employed Americans have worked for their current employer for more than five years, according to a survey by Accountants On Call. Seven in 10 of workers 18 to 29 years old had been with the same company less than three years. Sixty-four percent of workers 50 and over had been with their current employer for more than seven years.
