ARTS FESTIVAL

An 18-month-long celebration of Indonesian art, the Festival of Indonesia, will begin with an exhibit of ``The Sculpture of Indonesia'' at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., on July 1, l990. Two other exhibits, ``The Court Arts of Indonesia'' and ``Beyond the Java Sea: the Art of Indonesia's Outer Islands,'' will be presented at other museums around the United States. A performing arts program is also part of the festival. Major festival events throughout the US will be listed with the final article in this series.
