``We're selling it as fast as we can produce it,'' says Mel Coleman, chairman of Coleman Natural Meats Inc. He refers to ``organic'' meat - from animals that are not only free of antibiotics or hormones, but also are fed only with certified organic grains and feeds. The company hopes to expand to nationwide distribution from its five current state markets.
