BUSINESS, NOT BOSS'S PLEASURE

Should a secretary do a boss's personal gift shopping? `No way,' according to 82 percent of secretaries surveyed for the May issue of the Personal Report for the Professional Secretary. In addition, the survey found that 72 percent would balk at running personal errands, and 60 percent would turn down a request to select flowers for a boss's spouse as an anniversary present.
However, 92 percent said they would not mind working late on short notice to help at emergency evening meetings and provide refreshments.
