Palestinian delegates left for Jordan Wednesday en route to Middle East peace talks in Washington and said they had resolved procedural differences with Israel that stymied the last round of negotiations.
Delegation spokeswoman Hanan Ashrawi said there was "a good chance" talks would quickly move from procedural matters to substance.
Palestinians and other Arab delegations delayed their departure for Washington in protest at an Israeli decision last week to expel 12 Palestinians from the occupied territories.
A United Nations Security Council condemnation Monday of the expulsion order paved the way for Arab participation.
