"Short Films From Latin America," curated by Julianne Burton of the University of California at Santa Cruz, includes works from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

Additional showings are slated in California at the San Diego Museum of Art and the Fresno Art Museum; in St. Paul, Minn., at Film in the Cities; and at other venues to be announced.

The American Federation of Arts currently has 21 visual-arts exhibitions on active tour. The not-for-profit organization is based in New York City.
