P.O.V. (PBS, 10-11 p.m.): The winner of the 1992 Documentary Grand prize at the Sundance Film Festival - a complex story of adoption and reunion - is getting its TV debut in this edition of the sometimes controversial series (whose initials stand for `Point of View'). In 1962 a black artist named Camille Billops decided to put four-year-old Christa, her daughter with a man of Czech descent, up for adoption. Nearly 30 years later, Camille and James V. Hatch have made `Finding Christa' about how daughter a nd mother were rejoined, and about the tricky questions of selfishness, feminism, and moral duty bound up in the process.
