CORRECTION COCorrection for 8/6/92

A story in last Thursday's Monitor incorrectly attributed to Assistant Secretary of State John Bolton the view that UN forces should be sent to Somalia even if fighting continues. The view should have been attributed to James Kunder, director of the Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance. It was Mr. Kunder, not Mr. Bolton, who recently visited Somalia.
