Lending a helping hand

After reading the article "Women Care Lends Hand to Women Exiting Prison," Dec. 1, I was glad to see something positive happening toward our prison system. Mentor programs like this need to be implemented in all prison systems, and for men, too. If governments concentrate more on these programs, maybe less funding will go toward building more jails.
