WHITE REMAINS THE NO.1 COLOR CHOICE FOR CARS

* Last year white remained the No.1 vehicle color choice, but dark and medium greens made significant gains, according to Dupont's survey of vehicle color popularity. About 23 percent of consumers chose white. Medium and dark shades of red and blue retained high rankings, but lost some ground to various shades of green, the survey says.
