Of all Americans planning to entertain this summer, 9 out of 10 say it will be outdoors. More than 6 in 10 say they'll serve iced tea. And what bugs Americans most when dining outdoors? Insects, said 62 percent, flimsy paper plates (51 percent), unsteady lawn chairs (36 percent), plastic cutlery not up to the job (35 percent), and bug zappers (24 percent).
