A whale of a time

Children in Adelaide, Australia, play in front of a large inflatable whale at a community festival sponsored by conservation groups. The fest took place July 2, on the eve of the International Whaling Commission's annual meeting. Australia hopes to create a South Pacific whale sanctuary.
