Correction

The story "R-rated megahits draw teens - but not ID checks" (May 19, page 1) should have specified that the MPAA's R rating requires that a parent or adult guardian accompany anyone under the age of 17 into a movie.

The story "Step 1: Quelling Iraqi Fears" (May 13, page 2) inaccurately estimated the number of inmates Saddam Hussein released from prison last January. Most sources put the number between 100,000 and 150,000.
