I finished Campy: The Two Lives of Roy Campenella by Neil Lanctot. This book is not only a biography of Roy but also a history of the Negro Baseball Leagues. Roy was a successful baseball player and businessman who endured many successes and tragedies. He started his pro baseball career at the age of 15. This is a great read for the fan of baseball, history, and biography genres!
