Founding Sisters and the Nineteenth Amendment by Eleanor Clift is a slim little volume (210 pages) full of tales of documented struggles and horrific mistreatment of women throughout the sufferage fight, up to and including World War I. We all need to remember and revere those women who worked so hard for what we enjoy today. We need to use the vote to honor them.
