As we've previously noted, Americans will spend $2.2 billion on candy this Halloween. But that shouldn't be the only thing filling the stomachs of your little ones on the 31st! Luckily, a number of restaurants are offering special deals for the holiday. Some require a costume, some require a purchase, and some require a child — but not all. Read on for the details.

The Best Halloween Food Deals

Stevi B's Pizza Buffet: 99 cents for kids meal
Details: On October 31st, kids in Halloween costumes will eat for less than a buck. The deal is open to diners 10 and under, and only for the pizza buffet.

IHOP: Free scary face pancake
Details: Through October 31, participating IHOP Restaurants offer kids 12 and under a free Scary Face Pancake. That's better than last year's spooky pancake deal, which was only valid on Halloween and required a costume. Note that there's a limit of one pancake per child and it's only valid for dine-in.

Krispy Kreme: Free donut
Details: On October 31, head in to Krispy Kreme in your costume to get a donut, completely free — you don't even have to buy anything! That deal is as good as their offer for National Donut Day back in June. Offer is available while supplies last, and not at the locations in Albany, GA; Pigeon Forge, TN; and Uncasville, CT.

Chipotle: $3 food item
Details: On October 31 only, from 5 pm to closing at participating Chipotle locations, dress up in a Halloween costume and receive a burrito, bowl, salad, or order of tacos for $3. That's tied with our mention of this promotion from last year and the best deal we've seen from Chipotle this year.

Sbarro: Free pizza slice with purchase
Details: On October 31, participating Sbarro locations will offer a free plain or pepperoni pizza slice for kids in costume, with the additional purchase of any slice, stromboli, pasta, or chicken dish. Contact your local Sbarro for exact times.

McAlister's Deli: Free kids meal with purchase of adult entree
Details: Kids in costume can get one free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entree at participating locations, all day on October 31.

Black Angus Steakhouse: Free kids meal with purchase of adult entree
Details: On October 31, Children 12 and under who dine in a Halloween costume will receive a free meal from the kids' menu with the purchase of any adult entrée. Dine in only. Families can get up to four free kids meals per adult entrée purchased.

Details: Now through October 31, kids get a free meal with the purchase of an adult entrée. Fill out this short form to receive your printable coupon.

Carrabba's: Free kids meal with purchase of adult entree
Details: Yep, it's another deal for a free kids meal (10 years and younger, limit two per visit) with the purchase of an adult entrée. But this one goes all weekend long! Stop by Carrabba's anytime after 3 pm from October 31 through November 2 to grab this deal.
