Free Shipping Day is when many online merchants offer free shipping without the usual restrictions, such as minimum order amounts. The 2015 Free Shipping Day roster of participating stores includes hundreds of the biggest names in online shopping.

Dec. 18 is the last day you can ship gifts so they’ll arrive before Christmas Eve without paying rush delivery fees. Dec. 18 also happens to be Free Shipping Day.
As the name implies, Free Shipping Day is when many online merchants offer free shipping without the usual restrictions, such as minimum order amounts. The 2015 Free Shipping Day roster of participating stores includes many of the biggest names in online shopping — nearly 800 at last count. Some of the more prominent names include:
- Wal-Mart
- Target
- Belk
- Crutchfield
- Saks Fifth Avenue
- Neiman Marcus
- Dick’s Sporting Goods
- JCPenney
- Bass Pro Shops
- Cabela’s
Don’t see your favorite store on this list? They might still be taking part. Some stores specifically ask they not be added to the list until Dec. 18, so keep an eye on the Free Shipping Day website. The site allows you to search by categories such as automotive, electronics, sporting goods and more, making it easy for you to shop and ship.
