Facebook at 500 million: What changes would you like to see?

Swelling faster than a toy sponge in a tub, Facebook now has a half-billion users. If Facebook were a country, it would rank behind only India and China in population. While Americans spend an average of 7 hours a month on the site, it's also one of the least-liked companies, about as popular as airlines and cable companies.
