This week's massive recalls of eggs and deli meat have consumers on edge.

August 2010 is shaping up to be "National Recall Month." Between the escalating egg recall and now, a recall of deli meat sold at Wal-Mart, there's a lot to double-check in your fridge. Already, there are signs that food producers and everyday eaters are changing their habits.
