Lady Gaga's coming back to the Video Music Awards.

The "Poker Face" singer is set to perform at this year's VMAs, which take place Aug. 25 in Brooklyn.

Boston broke a record last year for fewest homicides. It’s on track to do it again.

The singer is no stranger to the VMAs; aside from attention-grabbing performances of "Paparazzi" and "You and I" at past ceremonies, she's won 13 Moonmen statues in years past.

She recently declared "a pop emergency" when she released her new single "Applause" on Aug. 12 after it leaked online. "Applause" was scheduled for an Aug. 18 release and the full album, "ARTPOP," will come out Nov. 11.
