A pretrial hearing continues for a third day for a U.S. Army private accused of handing over hundreds of thousands of classified documents to the website WikiLeaks.
Pfc. Bradley Manning returns Thursday to a military courtroom.
The 24-year-old Manning faces a possible life sentence for the disclosures. A trial is expected next year.
This is the final day this week that arguments will be heard. A judge is expected to rule Thursday on whether prosecutors can use prior acts of misconduct as evidence against Manning.
Manning is being held in a military prison in Kansas.
