Mexico raises price of oil to $32 a barrel

Mexico, America's fifth-largest source of foreign crude, has raised its prices 30 percent, to $32 a barrel, making its crude the world's third- highest-priced petroleum. Analysts said the Mexican price increase would add less than half a penny a gallon to the US consumer's bill for gasoline and home-heating oil.
