Divers seek survivors in Coast Guard collision

Divers searched the sunken wreckage of a Coast Guard buoy tender Tuesday for more victims of a collision with a 560-foot oil tanker in Tampa Bay. Twenty-seven of the tender Blacktorn's 50-man crew survived Monday night's collision with the SS Capricorn near the Sunshine skyway Bridge. Six Blacktron crewmen were killed, and 17 others are missing. If no more survivors are found, the collision will be the worst peacetime accident in Coast Guard history.
