World Olympic delegates meeting on boycott call

The Association of National Olympic Committees executive begins a two-day meeting here Monday in which it will review the US call for a boycott of the Moscow summer Olympics. Four representatives from each of the five continents will be at the executive committee meeting, where a permanent site for the association will be chosen and a secretary-general elected.
