Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

To the real estate editor: The Rife Hydraulic Engine Manufacturing Company is still a business. A Mr. McFarland was the engineer I contacted when I needed help.
I installed one of its rams on our farm in 1970 to bring water from a cave to a stock tank. The ram raised the water 200 feet and moved it a distance of 1, 300 feet. It was still working when we left the farm in 1977.
