Judge to take lie test on FBI data leak

A federal judge has been asked to take an FBI lie test in response to charges that he might have leaked classified court documents to the news media. US District Court Judge Prentice H. Marshall disclosed Tuesday he had agreed to take the polygraph requested by the FBI in an attempt to track down the person who leaked files pertaining to counterintelligence activities pursued by the bureau.

Several of the documents in question were used by the Chicago Sun- Times in a series of articles about the FBI and its cooperation with foreign intelligence agencies in spying activities, especially against Poles in the United States.
