Two Koreas trade charges but unity talks to go on

At a meeting originally scheduled Tuesday to discuss improving relations between North and South Korea, the two nations instead exchanged verbal attacks over armed clashes between their forces. The two sides, however, stopped short of breaking off the eight-week-old inter-Korea contacts and agreed to meet again April 18 to continue the talks, aimed at easing tensions between them, and possibly reunifying the divided peninsula.
