Salvadorean guerrillas kill peasants, take hostages

Leftist guerrillas killed 25 peasants in two villages near here and took 10 more hostage late Wednesday. It was the largest death toll since 31 persons were killed 10 days before when gunfire and bombs sent thousands of mourners fleeing for their livs during the funeral of assassinated Archbishop Oscar Arnulfoo Romero.
