Ignacio Alfaro, at the Pentagon Monday at the start of a six-day visit to the United States by General Alfaro. Defense sources believe his visit may relate to an anticipated Spanish decision to buy the General Dynamics F-16 for Spain's Air Force, Monitor correspondent John K. Cooley reports
