An April 14 story on Iran's economic troubles stated that Tehran was planning to import 360,000 tons of chicken to cushion the impact of a possible US naval blockade. The figure should have been 30,000 tons. Also, the amount of live baby chicks being imported under the Iranian program should have been 6 million chicks, not 60,000 tons.
