Iranian foreign minister escapes harm in Kuwait

The motorcade taking Iranian Foreign Minister Sadeq Ghotbzadeh to meet the Emir of Kuwait was struck by gunfire Tuesday but no one was harmed, the Kuwait News Agency reported. This was the second attempt on Mr. Ghotbzadeh's life since the February 1979 Islamic revolution, Iranian officials said.
