Judge forestalls blocking oil import fee, 10 tax

US District Judge Aubrey Robinson Jr. declined at a hearing Tuesday to issue an immediate order to block President Carter's new oil import fee and 10 -cents-a-gallon gasoline tax, as requested by five congressman and a coalition of consume and energy groups. He said he would consider the merits of the suit Monday.
