Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

King Baudouin of Belgium appointed a new government headed by Prime Minister Wilfried Martens. This will be Mr. Martens's second term as prime minister, this time as head of Belgium's 25th government since World War II. His previous administration, formed April 3, 1979, lasted just over a year.
