A US mission to Central America, headed by US Rep. robert F. Drinan, urged President Carter Thursday to stop sending military aid to El Salvador and to review military ties with Guatemala. it also said funds must be provided for a proposed $75 million aid package to Nicaragua. The funds were recently authorized by Congress.
