Antidraft forces will rally at registration centers this summer to discredit the program and force its repeal, Rev. Barry Lynn, chairman of the Committee Against Draft Registration, announced Tuesday. The protests will be staged the last two weeks in July when registration of America's 19 and 20-year-old men is scheduled to start at local post offices.
