So bright, so bright my flowers To eyes that surged through words and lines For hours to quest the past. Short-lived small radiance, While body aches from mind's persistent Searching, it refreshes. I hurdled centuries. The yeasty mold on old ideas Stirred chemistries of thought. O my delight, this mind, Prodigiously enduring! Knowing Bone and brain are dust. My sunset colors glow, Whisper of tuber, seed and bloom, Of Tulip, Lotus, Rose . . . Millennia cascade! Mist rising sparkles with the falling Evanescent petals.
