Police seize TV tapes of prison takeover

Law-enforcement officials, armed with a search warrant, raided TV station KBCI here Saturday and seized two videotapes of last week's inmate takeover of the Idaho State Penitentiary. KBCI had previously refused to turn over the tapes which Ada County prosecuting attorney James Harris said were needed to identify leaders of the uprising.

This appears to be only the second search of a news-related organization since a Supreme Court's 1978 ruling upholding such searches.
