Ex-Cia man expected to accept secrets charges

Former CIA contract employee David H. Barnett, described by law enforcement sources as "a very dangerous man,"will plead guilty or no contest to charges stemming from his alleged sale of top US secrets to the Soviets, sources said. Some federal sources said his activities marked the Soviet KGB's deepest confirmed penetration of the CIA. The nature of the charge being considered by the grand jury and details of the agreement could not be learned.
