Monitor correspondent to be on debate panel

Harry b. Ellis, a longtime Washington correspondent of The Christian Science Monitor, is one of the panelists for the League of Women Voters debate between President Carter and Ronald Reagan. The other panelists are Barbara Walters of ABC News; William Hilliard, assistant managing editor of the Portland Oregonian; and Marvin L. Stone, editor of U.S. News & World Report.
