Muskie, Mrs. Thatcher to meet in London

Secretary of State Edmund Muskie will meet with British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher Dec. 13 after a NATO meeting in Brussels. Their discussion, at a luncheon to be given by Mrs. Thatcher, is expected to center on Atlantic alliance matters as well as developments in Eastern Europe, Afghanistan, the Middle East, and Namibia (South-West Africa), informed sources said. Mr. Muskie , who will be in London Dec. 12-14, will also meet with the foreign minister, Lord Carrington, and other senior officials.
